	RETURNS POLICY At Shaleens.com we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. There may be occasions where you need to return the item back to us. Please view our returns policy below. General Information: If you are returning an item due to incorrect size/fitting we will give you a full refund (excluding your delivery charge in sending it back to us) as long as the goods reach us within 10 days of delivery. After this period we reserve the right to refuse the return of the item. PLEASE NOTE - All our items are thoroughly checked before they are dispatched and care needs to be taken when trying on goods. Please ensure you are not wearing perfume or make-up that may leave marks or scent on the goods when trying them on. If these instructions are not followed or items are damaged, they will not be accepted as returned items. All accessories (including shawls) are non returnable & non refundable. Returns: Procedure: All returned goods must be in their original packaging. You must notify us before you return any goods by completing the returns form. You will be given a returns code and returns address which must be displayed on the packaging. You are responsible for the goods until they reach us and for your own protection, we recommend that you return the items via recorded delivery and that you obtain 'Proof of Posting Certificate' from the post office. If you are using a courier service ensure the goods are insured whilst in transit and again Refunds will only be credited to your original payment card Important Information: Returns cannot be accepted without a valid returns code. If any of these tags are removed or goods are damaged (including marks) we will not issue a refund under any circumstances.
