DELIVERY & SHIPMENT
All items will be delivered between 3 and 5 working days from the time the order has been placed. We deliver Monday to Friday during working hours.
Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery. Signature of the person at the delivery address will also act as confirmation that you or the person the package is addressed to have received the order and from this point on you are responsible for the goods.
Postage and packaging of £5.50 will be charged within Mainland UK (no matter how large the order is).
For Scottish highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, isle of Sicily there will be a surcharge of £10.
We can only dispatch your items to your home address where your credit card is registered. We cannot dispatch goods to any other address.
We have rigorous security checks in place. Your credit card billing address will be confirmed with the bank when the transaction occurs.
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
We may also contact you to confirm details of your order and delivery address.
Important Information
Please Note: we obtain 'Proof of Delivery' on all items processed and sent via Royal Mail. This is to prevent fraudulent claims of items not received.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive notification in the form of an email. |
